Welcome 2007

Happy New Year to everyone!!!

I'm saying goodbye to 2006. A lot has happened. The year started ok. I had fun when i was left alone in the house. I experienced paying the bills and buying things for the house and calling a repairman to fix things in the house. I was able to make my own computer. I also discovered a lot about my friends. I was able to make new friends. I had my grad picture taken. Arwan, my block, finally had its Christmas party. My family struggled with finances but still made it. The year was a rollercoaster ride. There were a lot ups and downs. Farewell 2006.

Hello 2007!!! I hope that this year would be filled with more happiness. I would really love to travel this year. I want to go to an Asian country. I am saving up for that. I also would love to buy a new laptop. I hope I could get a job that would fit my objectives. Of course, I want to graduate on time. And one more thing, please, please, please, let me find the one i have been looking/waiting for.

meet the grandparents

I went to the hospital again yesterday. It was kinda ok. I have already accepted the fact that he is going to say goodbye soon. Sooner than expected. For the longest time I thought they were staying here forever. I must have forgotten that our lives have just been borrowed from Him.

I pity my grandfather since he looks so depressed. He is just lying down in his hospital bed. He really wants to go home but then he is currently having an operation again at this very moment. And he has to stay in the hospital to observe if his wound would heal soon. This is his 3rd operation in his stay in the hospital. I just hope he could get out soon. He said he wants to enjoy his remaining time here.

Anyway, my dad and my half brother were also at the hospital yesterday. My little cousin Radiance was there too. My dad gave us our Christmas money and our birthday money. YIPEE!!! hahaha..

Anyway, CTK time...

It's Christmas All Over the World

Soon it's Christmas

yeah.. 2 days to go before Christmas.. but a lot has been bugging me.. im kinda wishing it wont come..

Christmas is usually the time when we are all happy since the family can be together. And of course, it's a celebration of our savior's birth. But then.. i just don't feel like celebrating it this year because:

1. It's now the time of the year when I get to realize that I am really getting old. We used to celebrate Christmas in my Grandfather's house in fairview. But when I was 7, he died, so we then celebrated it in my uncle's house since then. A lot of complications happened between my step-grandma and my grandpa's relatives. Anyway. Everyone in my mother's side celebrated Christmas there. Then, my mom's eldest brother died last last year. So thet's one down. After that,my mom's other brother, the owner of the house, died last year. Ok, that's minus two. Then my cousin and his family migrated to Texas. That's a total of six all in all. And my uncle's other friends who go to their house to celebrate Christmas with us have also migrated. So since last year's Christmas, I realized that when you get older, things really change.
2. My grandfather (my dad's dad) was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks back. And he is kinda weak now. I don't know. I keep on thinking that this Christmas might be his last. I cant get it out of my head. I just hate it.
3. I have thesis. And we have to pass our opman part on the 29th. So i have to work the whole christmas break. We also have a paper due on the 5th for strategic management and an exam also on the 5th. School is now making me insane!!!

I know it may sound cheesy and all but honestly, last night's Christmas party made me forget about all the worries that has been bugging me these past few days.

Anyway.. I'm out..
