a week before christmas

there's only a week before christmas.. yet it does not feel like it..

well.. i remember that just 2 weeks ago, i was really looking forward for christmas.. my cousins were coming home.. and i was anticipating the tons of food that we would eat..

but then, tragedy struck the nation.. typhoons here and there which caused landslides and all.. many people died.. then an action star died.. a person called da king of Philippine cinema.. then there was this bombing in gen san killing lots of people again.. then, just last thursday evening, the daughter of speaker Jose De Venecia died too.. and she was just 16 years old..

i cannot understand what is happening to this nation!

yesterday, we had our "christmas party" in richmonde hotel.. we just ate and drank and watched tv.. haha.. but still it was so much fun! but at around 11pm, everyone was asleep.. haha.. and i was fetched at around 12:45am.. bad trip.. i wanted to attend the midnight mass but then my sister and i were not able to wake up.. grar.. 1 day mass missed already..
