this past week was a very gloomy week.. i actually only got to go to school for 2 days.. why? well.. a lot of typhoons have been passing the country.. it took a lot of lives away.. and it left a lot of homeless families.. what is happening to this country? typhoons in december? hmm... very peculiar indeed..
i think this is a wake up call from.. who else? from the Big Guy.. Christmas is just around the corner.. Christmas songs are being played everywhere.. in the malls, radios, and television.. but do we really care about Christmas? a lot of people think that Christmas is all about parties and gifts and having fun.. why dont we stop and think for just a while.. Jesus is the true meaning of Christmas.. It is because of Him that is why we celebrate this holiday.. Christmas is about giving and sharing and sacrificing too.. so i hope this Christmas would be a very meaningful one, especially to Filipinos.. Because it is this Christmas that we realize that this nation should not be divided but united..
i wonder why a calamity should happen before we help one another and become one.. hmmm... think about it..
anyways.. on a lighter note.. this is my third day at home.. with nothing much to do.. why not study? well.. lets say that its just not my 'thing' hehe.. looking for a gimik tonight.. hope i find one..
