accident

discovery: even if you are very cautious, accidents can still happen

after class i went to the grade school to pick up my brother poj. i parked in front of the blue eagle gym since i was going to check if there were still tickets for sunday's game.
i got poj and then we headed back to the car. I was moving very slowly on my way out since there were kids playing. as i was moving forward, i heard a louf thump that came from the back part of the car. I immediately stopped my car. i saw a kid on the ground. apparently, he was running backwards so he did not see my car and i was going forward so i did not see him too. the witnesses told me that it was not my fault since it was the kid who hit my car. even if they told me that, i was stil concerned so i parked my car again and i accompanied the kid to the infirmary. i explained what happened but the people in the infirnary were ganging up on me. then a carpool driver went inside the infirmary and he was saying that i should have been looking at my sidemirror and i should have not made the kid walk to the infirmary and he said that the kid was my liability and stuff. he was putting the blame on me! and then guard got my name and was looking for my driver's license. i was so terrified! i went to the car to get my license. tears were flowing from my eyes. it wasnt my fault. it really wasnt. i knew i was innocent. as i was on my wasy to the car, i called my mom. then she called my uncle. as i got to the car, my phone rang. it was my uncle and he said that they were going to the school. thank God! i really needed back up. as i was on my way back to the infirmary, i saw the carpool driver and the kid. they said they were going home. i stayed outside the infirmary, crying. then a man approached me andtold me that i should not worry. it really wasnt my fault. the kid was the responsibility of his carpool driver and apparently, the carpool driver was watching the other drivers playing dama that was why he did not know what happened to the kid. he should have been watching the kid. my mom came and was really angry. she told the people not to put the blame on me. then a teacher came and consoled me. she even gave me water and tissue. what a nice teacher. anyway,my uncle arrived and he was looking for the carpool driver but he was already gone. he wanted to sue him for being irresponsible. he asked the guards what happened and he also asked if there were witnesses. the guards looked for the witness and talked to her. when they came back they told us that according to the teacher, it really was not my fault since she saw that it was the kid who bumped my car. the person in fault was the carpool driver. case dismissed!

we went to the doctor for my sister's check up then ate at shakeys before heading home.

i had a very stressful day!
