Ok. I tried not to comment on this pero hindi ko nakayanan. When I heard what Bayani said in TV Patrol eh nanggalaiti talaga ako.
Obviously, there was something wrong with the distribution of weight in the criteria. 40% percent would come from the box office gross? Where did that idea come from. If I were a producer, script writer, or director, I would not focus on the important elements of a film. I would invest on something that would sell.I just find it so pathetic!
If most of your film elements won an award, wouldn't you expect to get the best picture award? Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo was obviously robbed of an award.
MMFF criteria makers>> tao kayo?
Indeed it is not a credible award giving body. Other award giving bodies can entice even the non-local cinema goers to watch their chosen best picture but MMFF? I would rather watch the 2nd best and the other films that were more unique such as Super Noypi and ZsaZsa Zaturnnah.
MMFF people>> please think this over. I beg you all.I think you guys need a film seminar and a semester of Elements of Screen Arts with Father Nicasio Cruz(ADMU).
Honestly, I have not watched an entry yet but I would love to watch Kasal,Kasali, Kasalo,Zsa Zsa, and Super Noypi.
